Har-Ki-Dun is situated on 3510m high elevation at Uttranchal, India and it's a botanical paradise which is surrounded by pristine forest and snowy peaks. Har-Ki-Dun area is preserved as Govind Wildlife Sanctuary & National Park. If you are lucky enough you can also see the vague snow leopard.
The trekking trail begins at Sankri. It’s a hike of 38 km to reach Har-Ki-Dun which will take three days to reach to the destination. You can also join the Jamda Glacier as a side trek.
The trekking trail will be busy during June and October.
