Khokna is a village near Bungamati in Kathmandu valley, Nepal. Khokna is not that impressive like Bungamati because it was damaged in 1934 earthquake but still it has preserved the Newari culture and Newari life.
In Khokna, there are not many touristic highlights, but if you like to see the daily life of the people living in Khokna then this is one of the best places in the surroundings of Kathmandu to admire the Newari culture.
