Teutoburg Forest trekking information

Teutoburg Forest is low range of forested mountains in the German states of Lower Saxony and North-Rhine-Westphalia which was the battle site of Roman Empire and an alliance of Germanic tribes which was held in the 9th AD.

The Teutoburg Forest is divided into two National parks names as, “Naturpark Nordlicher Teutoburger Wald-Wiehengebirge; and “Naturpark Eggegebirge und sudlicher Teutoburger Wald”.
